You will receive an “order confirmation” email within 24 hours of placing your order. The email confirmation will list all items in your order and serve as your invoice. Please note that some products may need to be shipped via truck freight due to their size or weight. Products shipped by truck freight will be delivered to the back of the truck (the tailgate). We ship from points around the US so that we can deliver your order quickly. Once the product ships, deliveries take between one and seven business days. Local applicable taxes will be added unless customer is able to provide Tax Exempt forms.
