Applicant hereby applies to Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. to open a line of credit in Applicant’s name. Applicant hereby requests Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. to extend credit to enable the Applicant to purchase merchandise from Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. As an inducement to Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. to extend credit, and in consideration of Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. agreeing to extend credit to Applicant, Applicant states as follows:

Applicant represents and warrants that (a) all credit information given in connection with this Application and Agreement (“Agreement”) is true and correct as of the date hereof, and (b) that is financially able to comply with all payment terms specified herein, or on any invoice from Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. (“Payment Terms”), and such representation and warranty shall be deemed remade each time Applicant accepts credit from Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc.
Payments are to be sent directly to: Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc., 801 High Street, PO Box B, Conneautville, PA 16406, or in accordance with payment terms that were granted to Applicant by the Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. Credit Department.
Amounts past due will bear interest until paid at the rate of 15% per annum, or the higher rate allowed by law whichever is lower, payable on the last business day of each month.
Applicant agrees to pay a service charge of $50.00 for any checks returned from the Applicant’s bank unpaid for any reason. Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. shall have the right to demand payment of the returned check(s) in CASH or CERTIFIED funds immediately.
This agreement shall be a continuing agreement, and shall apply to each purchase of merchandise for which the applicant does not pay in full at the time of delivery.
Palmer Snyder Furniture may terminate this agreement, reduce or eliminate Applicant’s line of credit, require payment in full of all outstanding amounts as a condition of making deliveries to Applicant at any time without notice.
Applicant will pay all expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred by Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. in the enforcement of this agreement and the collection of any charges due hereunder.
Applicant agrees to promptly notify Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. of any change of ownership or address, and further agrees to be liable for all purchases should Applicant fail to comply with said notification. In the event that more than one person executes this information is given in strict confidence for the sole purpose of establishing a line of credit with Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. The undersigned hereby authorizes Palmer Snyder Furniture Inc. to request and obtain credit information from any of trade, bank, or financial references listed concerning the status of the business and credit.
