Returning Products


Generally, you may return merchandise for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Return products which are not defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for return freight charges. Some products in our catalog are not eligible for return, either due to their custom nature or because they cannot be returned damage-free without special packaging.

If you have questions about whether a product is eligible for return, please call us at (800) 762-0415. We will confirm that the product is eligible for return and confirm the process to return your order. Products must be in original condition and packaging; you may not return products in your own packaging. If PS Furniture has to send you shipping materials for returns, additional charges will apply.

You may return the product using your preferred shipping method to the return address that we supply. It is important that you save the tracking number and that you insure the return package in case there are any issues during transit.

Please Note: Unless the return or exchange is due to an error on our part, we cannot refund shipping charges and we cannot pay for your return shipping charges. Once the merchandise is received in good condition, we will issue a credit to your account for the original purchase cost of the merchandise, minus applicable restocking and shipping charges.


Product Arrives Damaged

  • Our products are carefully packaged to withstand damage during shipping. Please note the following important instructions below for items shipped via truck freight.
    If your merchandise is shipped via truck freight:

  • Carefully inspect packaging/products upon receipt. If there is any sign of damage whatsoever, write “Goods Damaged” when you sign the truck carrier’s delivery receipt and notify us of the damage reported.

  • If the packaging/products appear significantly damaged, you have the option to refuse the delivery. The damaged goods will then be returned to us and we will send you a replacement shipment. If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately so that we may expect the return shipment
